Sportech Lebanon Terms of Service, including cash on delivery, trial before acceptance, exchange policy, and shipping policy for original sport shoes in Lebanon.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery available to all Lebanese regions.
- Estimated delivery time: 24–72 business hours.
- Shipping fee: $4 nationwide.
- Our delivery partner will coordinate with you via phone or WhatsApp.
📦 Trial Before Acceptance
Customers can try the shoes before accepting the delivery. If the shoes do not meet expectations, they can return them to the delivery agent and pay only the delivery fee of $4.
Note: Trial is allowed before final acceptance only. Shoes must remain in brand-new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be original, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange shipping fee: $4.
- Products showing wear or damage are not eligible for exchange.
💵 Payments
Only Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted. Ensure you have the exact amount ready. Prices listed in USD.
