🔄 Exchange & Trial Policy
Customers can try the shoes **before accepting the delivery**. If they don’t like them, they can return to the delivery person and pay only $4 (delivery fee).
- Trial available before final acceptance
- Return for any reason within 7 days
- Exchange Fee: $4 (delivery cost)
📦 Return & Exchange Conditions

- Original box and tags must be included
- No damage, wear, or signs of usage
